# Fixes

One page per bug fix. Each page records the problem, its root cause, what changed,
and how it was verified.

Pages are generated with `/document-change fix` at the end of a branch, grouped by
the issue ID in each commit (e.g. `fix: #1234 ...`). To add one manually, copy
`TEMPLATE.md` from this folder to a new page and fill it in.
